It became apparent that many so called ‘content providers’ supplying the yachting industry were not endorsed by the studios or their distribution partners. It was also clear that the content they provided was simply for residential home use rather than a commercial 'non-theatrical' agreement, which is especially important for charters or non-family usage in order to be legal and not infringing the copyrights of the rights holders
